As many of you have heard, earlier this year our primary supplier, LINE-X, made substantial changes to its business model, structure and franchise contract. After careful consideration, we determined that it is in the best interest of our customers and our business’ future growth to part ways with LINE-X. Thus, moving forward, we are operating solely as Faircloth Customs and Coatings and are no longer affiliated with LINE-X.
As we enter this new chapter, Shawn and Tamara Faircloth have partnered with other former franchisees to create the Legacy Network Dealer Group. Through this partnership of over 200 upfitter locations, we are able to provide our customers with products of the same high standard and quality you have come to expect from us. With Legacy, the members own the network, removing any possibility of Private Equity, corporate buyouts, and franchise greed that can be devastating to small businesses, franchisees and their families.
